ASSET MEDICAL DESIGN Inc. is a specialized company focused on infection control and safety of healthcare professionals.
It aims to offer creative, high quality and affordable products in this field. Our patented products are designed & produced domestically in our new state-of-the-art facility, majority of which are exported to many countries around the world. We are proud to announce that our global reach has expanded to 30 countries and 5 continents and we aim to increase our distributor network through loyal and reliable partnerships in new geographies.
In today’s healthcare institutions, clinicians have an increased demand for safety in medical devices to protect themselves but primarily their patients. The most common risks that healthcare professionals encounter are needle-stick injuries and contamination via contact with patients’ blood or other infected bodily fluids. Statistics indicate that 600,000 to 1,000,000 needle accidents occur every year in the US. Needle injuries may lead to severe and even fatal infections, caused by blood-borne proteins.
Health and safety institutions in Europe and in the US took significant steps in establishing legal arrangements to minimize risks associated with being a healthcare professional. Employee safety is of utmost importance as a working condition in the healthcare sector and we are pleased to be a certified contributor to our customers’ wellbeing.
